摘　　要：积极推进农村社区建设,探索农村社区协同治理,是社会主义新农村建设的基点和平台。农村社区中的社会工作立足于优势视角,通过社会工作理论、方法、技巧的介入,旨在解决农村治理问题,推动农村管理模式的转型,增进农村社区居民的福利,满足农村日益丰富的社会需要,帮助基层社区整合社会资源,实现农村社区的可持续发展能力建设目标。Promoting the rural community construction actively is the basis and platform of construction of the new socialist countryside. The rural social work bases on the perspective of advantages in order to solve social problems in rural areas, promote the transformation of rural management mode, improve people's welfare, help integrate social resources effectively through the intervention of theories, methods and skills of social work. We will realize the sustainable development of rural community construction goal.
