产后尿潴留的临床处理方法对照分析

摘　　要：目的探讨及寻求产后尿潴留的有效处理方法。方法选取产后尿潴留的产妇100例并随机分成两组,观察组50例应用半导体激光治疗仪治疗配合应用热敷及诱导排尿,对照组常规应用热敷及诱导排尿,观察两组产妇在3 d内整体疗效,数据进行统计学处理(χ2检验)。结果观察组整体疗效比对照组有明显提高,观察组的痊愈率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论半导体激光治疗仪治疗尿潴留有一定的治疗效果,配合热敷及诱导排尿效果更为明显,能快速、有效地治愈产后尿潴留。因此,建议临床上用半导体激光治疗仪治疗后配合应用热敷及诱导排尿的方法处理产后尿潴留。Objective To explore the effective treatment method of postpartum urinary retention. Methods 100 cases of maternal postpartum urinary retention were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group of 50 cases using semiconductor laser therapeutic instrument with the application of heat treatment and induce micturition, the control group routine use hot compress and induce micturition, observation of curative effect of two groups of mothers in the whole 3 days, data were statistically treated （χ2test）. Results In observation group, the overall effect was better than the control group, the observation group cure rate was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion semiconductor laser therapeutic apparatus in the treatment of urinary retention has certain therapeutic effect, with the hot compress and induced urination effect is more apparent, can rapidly, effectively cure postpartum retention of urine. Therefore, suggestions for clinical treatment of therapeutic instrument with semiconductor laser combined with application of hot compress and Method of treating postpartum retention of urine to induce urination.
