某乡镇高三中学生变应性鼻炎患者的心理学特点分析

摘　　要：目的研究某乡镇高三中学生变应性鼻炎患者的心理学特点。方法对300例某乡镇高三中学生变应性鼻炎患者采用症状自评量表(scl-90)进行问卷调查,并统计分析与患者心理健康状况有关的某些因素。结果躯体化、强迫症状、抑郁、焦虑、精神病性5个因子得分与国内常模比较差异有统计学意义(t值分别为5.923、3.698、2.995、5.896、4.713,P<0.05)。结论某乡高三学生变应性鼻炎患者存在躯体化、强迫症状、抑郁、焦虑、精神病性等方面的心理特点,学校、家庭及社会应予重视并针对其心理问题给予正确的心理辅导。Objective To study on the psychological characteristics of senior high school students with allergic rhinitis. Methods A town of senior three students in 300 cases of patients with allergic rhinitis by symptom checklist（SCT-90） conducted a questionnaire survey and and statistical analysis some factors of patients with mental health conditions. Results Compared with the Chinese norm was statistically significant difference among the scores of 5 factors,including somatization, obsessive-compulsive symptoms,interpersonal relationship, depression and anxiety （t values were 5.923, 3.698, 2.995,5.896,4.713, P〈0.05）. Conclusion A township of senior high school students in patients with allergic rhinitis in somatization, compulsion,depression, anxiety, psychological symptoms, psychotic, school, family and society should pay more attention to the psychological problems and give proper counselling.
