摘 要:为考察鄂尔多斯体育场钢屋盖转换桁架节点在设计荷载下的受力性能,对该钢桁架上、下弦的两个节点进行了缩尺试验研究。试验表明上、下弦节点在设计荷载下均未发生破坏,节点整体仍处于弹性状态,大部分区域的应力水平较低,下弦节点的最终破坏模式为受压杆件及相连节点板的局部屈曲。随后建立了考虑材料和几何非线性的有限元模型,计算结果与试验中的测点数据吻合良好。试验和有限元的分析结果均表明,鄂尔多斯体育场钢桁架上下弦节点在设计荷载下具有足够的刚度和强度,满足工程应用的要求。A reduced-scale experimental study on upper and lower chord joints of Erdos Stadium transfer truss was carried out in order to investigate their structural behavior under design load. Based on the experimental result, it was found that both of these two joints remained elastic status with no broken under design load, and the stress level of most area was relatively low. The lower chord joints showed a local buckling at compressive tube together with the adjacent panel as a failure mode. Then a finite element model considering material and geometric non-linear effects was built, and it showed a good agreement with the test results. Both of the experimental and finite element analyses demonstrate that the upper and lower chord joints of Erdos Stadium have enough stiffness and strength which are qualified with the engineering.
