摘　　要：城市绿地系统是城市的重要组成部分,其规划要处理好城市资源与环境的关系,以推动城市的可持续发展。研究探讨了基于资源与环境关系的城市绿地系统规划的本质,剖析了城市绿地系统与城市规划的相互关系、绿地系统规划中的资源储备与环境压力的影响因子及其作用,从城市空间结构、形态、城市用地、环境质量及人口规模需求总量控制与局部详细控制的角度,构建资源节约、环境友好型城市绿地系统规划评价指标体系,以期为城市规划提供可操作性的决策指导。As the important of urban space, urban green space system planning should coordinate the relation of resource and environment, come true the sustainable development. The paper analyzes the urban green space system planning＇s essence, the relation of green space plan and urban plan, the inflection and function of resource and environment, from the view of control in detailed plan about the urban space structure, form, land use, environment, and population, builds a urban green space system of resource saving, environmentally friendly, hopes to offer reference to urban plan.
