重庆江北城历史遗产保护开发模式探索

摘　　要：在城市片区整体更新的背景下,基于重庆市江北城历史遗产保护与开发,对文物建筑原真性修护、历史文物异地重建、历史建筑集景式保护开发等多元模式进行了探索。多元的保护开发模式是城市历史文化遗产多样性和丰富性的要求,应根据历史遗产的文化价值,从环境整合、功能调整、文脉延续等角度采取灵活而谨慎的策略,使城市历史遗产在城市化进程中得到有效的保护和开发。Based on the practice of conservation and development of historical heritage in Jiangbei District of Chongqing, this paper introduces diverse historic conservation modes such as authenticity preservation of relics, off-site preservation of old buildings, and historical building transplanting, etc. To employ various concepts and alternatives to historic conservation in vast urbanization is a necessity for the diversity and richness of city historical heritages. It is essential to evaluate the cultural value of historical heritage, and to employ flexible and cautious strategy in such aspects as environmental integrity, functional adjustments and context connectedness.
