扩张阴道、会阴按摩与改良托肛法相结合保护会阴180例分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨阴道分娩时，降低会阴裂伤率和侧切率的保护会阴的方法。方法：2008年1月至2009年12月，观察360例孕37—42周，头位经阴道自然分娩的初产妇，采用阴道扩张辅以会阴按摩及改良托肛法与传统托肛法保护会阴相比较。结果：扩张阴道辅以会阴按摩及改良托肛法保护会阴明显优于传统的托肛法保护会阴，大大降低了会阴裂伤率和会阴侧切率，P〈0．01。结论此方法减轻产妇痛苦，节省医疗费用，产后恢复快。有临床应用价值，值得推广。Objective： To explore the method of vaginal delivery, perineal laceration of perineum protection reduced rate and side cutting rate of. Methods： in 2008 January to 2009 December, were observed in 360 cases of pregnancy 37 - 42 weeks, head of vaginal childbirth, vaginal dilation combined with perineal massage and improved care anal method and traditional supporting anus protection of perineum compared. Results： the expansion of the vagina and perineal massage and improved supporting anus protection of perineum is better than the traditional supporting anus protection of perineum, greatly reducing the perineal laceration rate and lateral episiotomy rate, P 〈 0.01. Conclusion： this method reduce maternal pain, save medical cost, postpartum recovery. Clinical application value, worthy of promotion.
