葡萄球菌肺炎的25例临床体会

摘　　要：目的：探讨葡萄球菌肺炎临床治疗方法及效果。方法：选取临床2012年3月至2013年10月收治的25例确诊葡萄球菌肺炎患者的，临床资料进行分析讨论。结果：25例患者经过治疗症状消失及好转20例，总有效率80％。结论：根据葡萄球菌肺炎的临床表现。积极配合检查尽早确定诊断，同时可做药物敏感试验，以指导临床合理选择抗生素，以防病情恶化。Objective： To investigate the staphylococcal pneumonia clinical treatment method and effect. Methods： the clinical data of 25 cases of staphylococcal pneumonia patients in 2012 March to 2013 October were analyzed. Results： 25 patients after treatment the symptoms disappeared or improved in 20 cases, the total efficiency of 80%. Conclusion： according to clinical manifestations of staphylococcal pneumonia. Actively cooperate with the inspection as soon as possible to confirm the diagnosis, at the same time can be a drug sensitivity test, the reasonable choice of antibiotic in clinic, in order to prevent deterioration.
