20例二尖瓣狭窄患者的临床治疗体会

摘　　要：目的：探讨二尖瓣狭窄的临床治疗方法及效果。方法：选取临床2012年3月至2013年7月收治的20例确诊为上二尖瓣狭窄患者的临床资料进行分析讨论。结果：20例患者经过治疗后症状消失及好转17例，总有效率达到96％。结论：根据二尖瓣狭窄患者的临床表现。应给予及时的一般治疗，同时预防心内炎的感染，以防病情的严重及恶化。Objective： To investigate the clinical treatment and effect of mitral valve stenosis. Methods： 20 cases of 2012 March to 2013 July in our hospital clinical to clinical data of patients with mitral stenosis were analyzed and discussed. Results： 20 patients after disappeared and 17 cases improved symptoms after treatment, the total effective rate reached 96%. Conclusion： according to clinical manifestations in patients with mitral stenosis. Should be given general treatment timely, and prevent cardiac inflammation and infection, serious deterioration in order to prevent the condition.
