摘　　要：文章主要叙述了民国建立至抗战全面爆发前甘肃农村经济的破败衰落,农民生活的日益恶化状况,导致这一时期甘肃农村贫困程度加深的原因,主要有政治黑暗,赋税繁重,鸦片泛滥又有严重的自然灾害,这一时期贫困化的影响主要是人口数量的急剧下降,农民离乡求生以及农民思想文化的落后等。This paper mainly describes the overall decline of the rural economy in the early Republic of China. The reasons that led to deepen the poverty level of Gansu are analyzed, which include dark pol- itics, taxes, and natural disaster. This resulted in the sharp decrease of population at that time.
