湿性疗法联合路径式护理干预在社区压疮患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨湿性疗法结合路径式护理干预在社区压疮患者中的应用效果。方法:将120例社区压疮患者随机分为观察组和对照组各60例,对照组采用传统的被动执行医嘱模式结合出诊护士的临床经验进行伤口换药及健康指导,观察组采用湿性疗法联合路径式护理干预。观察比较两组压疮治疗效果、愈合时间及换药次数。结果:两组压疮治疗效果、愈合时间及换药次数比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:湿性疗法联合路径式护理干预适用于社区压疮居家换药患者,可明显提高治愈率,缩短愈合时间,减少伤口换药的频次,可提高居家养老患者的生活质量。Objective：To investigate the application effect of moist therapy combined with nursing intervention in community patients with pressure ulcers .Methods：120 community patients with pressure ulcers were randomly divided into the observation group and the con -trol group （60 cases in each group）.The tratiditional dressing change method and health guidance were used in the control group ;the moist therapy combined with nursing intervention were adopted in the observation group .The treatment effect ,healing time and frequency of chan-ging dressings were observed and compared between the two groups .Results：There were statistically significant differences in the compari-son of the treatment effect,healing time and the number of times of dressing changes between the two groups （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The moist therapy combined path nursing intervention is applicable for community patients with pressure ulcer and it can significantly improve the cure rate,shorten the healing time and reduce the frequency of changing dressings so as to improve the quality of life of the aged pa -tients.
