全程护理干预对小儿哮喘雾化吸入治疗的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨全程护理干预对小儿哮喘雾化吸入治疗的影响。方法:将64例哮喘患儿作为研究对象,于入院后雾化吸入前后给予全程护理干预,分析患儿雾化吸入治疗依从性差的原因,并统计护理干预前后患儿肺功能状态及治疗依从性。结果:在哮喘患儿雾化吸入治疗失败原因中,家长不配合占39.06%;患儿反抗抵触占21.88%;护患关系缺乏信任感占15.63%;护理人员违反操作规程占14.06%;医院收费高占9.38%。干预后30 min患儿FEV、PEFR、FVC、PaO2、SaO2指标与干预前30 min比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);患儿治疗依从性与干预前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在雾化吸入过程中采用全程护理干预,可促进家长、患儿和护理人员的沟通交流,有助于缓解病情,提高患儿生活质量,促进其康复。Objective：To investigate the effect of whole nursing intervention on the atomization inhalation therapy for children with asth -ma.Methods：64 children with asthma were selected as the object of study and they were provided whole nursing intervention before and af -ter the therapy during hospitalization .The factors to cause poor treatment compliance of the children were analyzed , and the pulmonary function and the treatment compliance of the children were evaluated before and after nursing intervention .Results：In all failure cases ,fail-ing to get cooperation of the parents accounted for 39.06%;resistance of the children accounted for 21.88%;lack of trust between nurses and patients accounted for 15.63%;violation of operating procedures by nursing staff accounted for 14.06%;high medical cost accounted for 9.38%.The comparison of the indexes of FEV ,PEFR,FVC,PaO2 ,SaO2 in 30 minutes after the intervention with those in 30 minutes before the intervention was significantly different （P〈0.05）; the difference of the treatment compliance of the children was statistically significant before and after the intervention （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The whole nursing intervention during atomization inhalation therapy can promote the communication among parents , children and nursing staff so as to relieve the symptoms of the children and improve their quality of life .
