摘　　要：目的:探讨腹腔镜探查联合阴式子宫切除术患者的护理干预方法及效果。方法:将72例行腹腔镜探查联合阴式子宫切除术患者随机分为实验组和对照组各36例,对照组给予腹腔镜手术常规护理,实验组在此基础上实施围术期护理干预。比较两组患者住院时间、满意度及并发症发生情况。结果:实验组患者平均住院时间明显短于对照组,护理满意度明显高于对照组,并发症发生例数明显少与对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对腹腔镜探查联合阴式子宫切除术患者实施护理干预,可以缩短住院时间,提高满意度,减少并发症,值得临床推广。Objective：To explore the nursing intervention methods and the effect in the laparoscopy combined with transvaginal hysterectomy. Methods：72 patients who underwent laparoscopy combined with transvaginal hysterectomy were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group （36 cases in each group）. The conventional nursing care for the patients with laparoscopic operation was taken in the control group and the perioperative nursing intervention was additionally implemented in the experimental group. The hospitalization days, patient satisfaction and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results ： The hospitalization days were fewer,patient satisfaction rate of nursing care was higher and the incidence of complications was significantly less in the experimental group than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The nursing intervention implemented in the laparoscopy combined with transvaginal hysterectomy can shorten the hospitalization time,improve patient satisfaction and reduce complications.
