鄂西南土家族传统体育项目的内涵与现代价值探析

摘　　要：土家族是大山里的民族,主要聚居在我国武陵山地区。作为古代巴人的后裔,该民族极为重视身体的锻炼,在漫长的历史进程中也形成了具有独特的传统体育文化。对土家族的传统体育项目内涵进行研究,有助于更深入的了解土家族历史和文化,也有利于分析出其传统体育项目的现代价值,并利用其现代价值推动土家族经济发展。本文从鄂西南土家族的现状、传统体育项目的类别及内涵、传统体育项目的现代价值等角度分析土家族传统体育项目,并探讨其现代价值对土家族的积极作用。Tujia ethnic is the mountains , mainly live in the Wuling mountain area of China .As the descendants of the ancient Ba people , the nation attaches great importance to the exercise of the body , and has also formed a unique traditional sports culture in the long course of history .The study on traditional sports of Tujia connotation can contribute to a more in -depth understanding of the history and culture of Tujia nationality , and also benefit to analyze its modern value , and promote the economic development .This paper , fromthe present situation , catego-ries and connotations of Tujia traditional sports , analyzes the positive role of modern value on Tujia nationality .
