摘　　要：目前的竞技体育后备人才的培养模式随着我国社会改革的深入和发展已经逐渐滞后于时代的发展,也不能满足我国竞技体育发展的需要。体育运动学校的业余训练面临着"全面萎缩,部分瘫痪"的困局,如何能够破除当前竞技体育后备人才培养模式困境,当前培养模式的落后根源表现在哪些方面。本文试通过对当前我国体育运动学校发展中存在的一些问题进行分析,以期能够建立一种新的、完整的竞技体育后备人才培养模式。With the depth and development of China ’ s social reforms , the current reserve sports talents training mode have gradually lagged behind the development of the times , it can not meet the needs of China competitive sports development .Amateur sports training schools facing a comprehensive atrophy , partial paralysis dilemma , how can we get rid of the current reserve sports talents training mode , the root causes behind the current training model in what areas .This paper tries to analyze some of the issues through our sports exist in the current school development in order to build a new and full reserve sports talents training mode .
