Objective:To observe the sports fatigue and recovery phase in the rat substantia nigra mesh division ( the substantia nigra pars reticulata , SNr) Parvalbumin ( PV) the change of expression level , discusses its role in the sports fatigue central control .Methods:male SD rats were randomly divided into control group and exercise group, using immunohistochemical method to observe 7 days repeatedly run immediately after exercise , exhaustion of PV within 24 h and 48 h SNr expression changes .Positive results:PV cells and fiber concentration distribution in SNr lateral, about two-thirds of the area within the SNr PV expression level decreased significantly in a short time (P <0.01), and recovery after 24 h rebounded significantly (P <0.01), and gradually with the extension of recovery time up to the level of the control group (P >0.05).Conclusion:exercise fatigue can lead to SNr in PV expression level in a short period of time significant decline , at the same time PV positive expression on the SNr of the lateral distribution area , the area with SNr ventrolateral area receives the striatum neural projection area is consistent , is one of the important brain areas involved in the basal ganglia movement control .
