摘 要:针对传统的矢量控制转矩观测方法运算量大、依赖磁链的实时观测值、无法突显等效扰动前馈非线性解耦(equivalent disturbance fed forward nonlinear system decoupling,EDFND)方法优势等问题,提出了一种基于功率平衡的不需要坐标变换的异步电动机电磁转矩检测新方法。在矢量控制仿真平台下,对比分析转矩检测新方法和传统方法的结果,并搭建了实验平台,验证了该方法的正确性和有效性,实现了根据电机定子电压、电流,频率即可辨识出异步电机的瞬时输出转矩,满足EDFND方法转矩检测无坐标变换的要求。结果表明该方法具有准确、运算量小、不依赖磁链观测值等优点。Aiming at problems such as big amount of calculation,real-time observation value relying on linkage,being unable to feature advantages of equivalent disturbance fed forward nonlinear system decoupling method of the traditional torque detection method based on vector control,this paper proposes a kind of new detection method for electromagnetic torque of asynchronous motor based on unnecessary conversion of coordinates of power balance.On vector control simulating platform, it compares and analyzes results of the new method and the traditional method,establishes an experimental platform and verifies veracity and effectiveness of this new method.In addition,it verifies that this new method is able to recognize instantaneous output torque of the asynchronous motor according to voltage,current and frequency of the motor stator which is satisfying requirement for no conversion of coordinates of ENFND method for detecting torque.Results indicate that this new method is provided with merits of veracity,small amount of calculation and having observation value independent of linkage.
