某社区糖调节受损患病调查的方法与质量控制

摘　　要：目的：开展周浦镇45～65岁居民糖调节受损患病调查，研究调查方法。方法：多阶段分层随机抽样调查。结果：完成方案设计和调查，有效质量控制。调查1148人，结果糖尿病147例，患病率为12.8%；糖调节受损238例，总患病率20.7%，其中IFG 48例，IGT 190例。糖尿病和糖调节受损男女患病率比较，差异均无统计学意义。结论：科学的抽样和质量控制是有效进行社区糖调节受损调查的重要内容。Objective：Through developing a survey of the prevalence of impaired glucose regulation in the residents at the age of 45~65 to study its survey method. Methods：Multi-stage stratiifed random sampling survey was used. Results：The program was designed and its survey completed, whose quality was effectively controlled. Total of 1148 people were investigated and 147 cases were diagnosed as diabetic mellitus （DM）, and the prevalence was 12.8%. 238 cases were with the impaired glucose regulation, and their prevalence 20.7%, among whom 48 cases were impaired fasting glucose and 190 cases with impaired glucose tolerance. The differences of DM and IGR prevalence between men and women had no statistical signiifcance. Conclusion：Scientiifc sampling and the quality control are the important contents of the effective survey of the impaired glucose regulation.
