新生儿病理性黄疸血清胆红素与脑脊液胆红素的对比研究

摘　　要：目的:比较新生儿病理性黄疸血清胆红素与脑脊液胆红素检测水平。方法:选取本院收治的59例病理性黄疸新生儿为观察组,并以同时期59例非黄疸但需进行血液及脑脊液检查的新生儿为对照组,然后将两组的血清胆红素与脑脊液胆红素水平进行比较,同时将观察组中不同严重程度及病因患儿的检测水平进行比较。结果:观察组的血清胆红素与脑脊液胆红素水平均高于对照组,且重度患儿的检测水平高于轻度及中度患儿,中度患儿高于轻度患儿,同时母乳性黄疸患儿的检测水平低于其他患儿,且血清胆红素均高于脑脊液,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:新生儿病理性黄疸血清胆红素与脑脊液胆红素检测水平均较高,且受严重程度及病因的影响均较大,血清检测结果高于脑脊液。Objective. To observe and compare levels of serum bilirubin and bilirubin level in cere- brospinal fluid of newborn with pathological jaundice. Methods.59 newborns with pathological jaundice ad- mitted to our hospital were enrolled as observation group, and 59 newborns without jaundice who were admitted to detect serum and cerebrospinal fluidas were selected as control group. Then the serum bilirubin and cerebrospinal fluid bilirubin levels of two groups were compared,and the detected results of patients in the observation group were compared among those with different severity and caused by different etiologies were compared too. Results：The serum bilirubin and cerebrospinal fluid bilirubin levels of the observation group were all higher than those of control group; within the observation group, the detected levels of severe cases were higher than those of mild and slight cases, and levels of mild cases were higher than slight eases. Besides, the detection levels of eases getting breast-feeding were all lower than those caused by other pathological etiologies, and serum bilirubin levels were all higher than bilirubin levels in cerebrospinal fluid, all showing significant significance （P all〈0.05）. fluid bilirubin of newborn with pathological jaundice are Conclusion：The serum bilirubin and cerebrospinal increased, and the detected levels are affected by severity and etiology of the disease.
