摘　　要：介绍了金川集团股份有限公司近十年来在硫酸生产技术、工艺设备方面的创新改造。重点介绍了烟气网络化调配体系、湍冲洗涤塔、低位高效干吸塔,合金槽管式分酸器、转化设备等改造及应用情况,以及大型进口风机的拆装和利用。实践证明:技术装备和创新成果对金川公司烟气制酸技术的进步起到了重要推动作用。Innovation of sulphuric acid production technology and equipment of Jinchuan Group Co. ,Ltd. in the past decade is described with focus on modification and application of the allocation of flue gas network system, turbulent impulse scrubber, efficient dry-absorption tower, alloy grooved-pipe type acid distributor, conversion device, and disassembly and use of large-scale blower. Practice shows that the technical equipment and innovations have played important roles in promoting Jinchuan company＇s smelter acid technology.
