摘　　要：文章以绿地南翔威廉公馆为例,借鉴日本的先进工业化集成技术和居住模式,以空间创新和技术创新思路,全面介绍"百年住宅"全新概念。Taking William Mansion situated in Nanxiang which was developed by Greenland Group as well as depending upon the advanced industrial integration technologies and living models as well from Japan, this article elaborately calls forth a brand-new concept of Century Housing from the perspective of space and technical innovation.
