摘　　要：某高层房屋,居民反映时常有明显振动感,影响正常生活。文章综合对房屋本身的振动观察,采用加速度传感测量设备进行振动测试,利用PKPM建模分析房屋的振动特性;针对周边环境进行的振动测试结果,分析房屋振动的原因和影响程度,并根据分析结果提出了处理建议。It is reported by residents that the highrise where they are living vibrates in an obvious way and their normal life is therefore affected. Besides building vibration observation, vibration test by means of the acceleration sensing measuring instruments as well as analyzing the building vibration characteristics via PKPM modeling, this article looks into the reasons that finally lead the building to vibration and the corresponding influence as well based on the results of the vibration test carried out upon the ambient surroundings and then presents suggestions of treatment.
