摘　　要：在建筑施工中,加气混凝土砌块墙体特别是大面积墙体的粉刷容易产生空鼓开裂成为抹灰施工中的通病,也是后期投诉维修的难点。经过实践证明,采用专用石膏砂浆作为墙体粉刷材料,能解决此类通病。随着住宅科技的不断进步,在建筑抹灰工程中,机械喷涂抹灰施工也日趋增多。它能在很大程度上提高抹灰施工的效率,缩短施工期限,降低施工成本。加强对建筑施工特别是在大型建筑中利用灰浆泵进行喷涂抹灰施工很有必要。In the construction industry, the plaster on the autoclaved aerated concrete block walls, especially big walls, is easy to blister and crack. This problem is common but difficult to cope with in the later maintenance and reparation stage. Fortunately, such problem can be solved by using a special type of gypsum mortar, which has been proved reliable in practice. Thanks to the ever-developing housing technology, plastering can be done by exclusive equipment in an effective manner, ultimately shortening the construction period and lowering the construction cost. To sum up, it is rather necessary to adopt mechanical plastering in the construction of buildings, especially large buildings.
