通过设计委外提高设计院核心竞争力的探讨

摘　　要：在勘测设计过程中,设计院存在无资质、需协助、人力资源不足等原因,需要委托外部专业单位、院校对设计院无法单独完成的勘测设计工作予以承担。但是很多时候,设计委外只是解决了设计院在设计过程中的一时之需,通过设计委外提高设计院核心竞争力方面还做的不够。文章就设计院目前设计委外难以转化为企业核心竞争力的主要问题,对其产生的原因作深入分析,使设计委外成为提高设计院核心竞争力的方法之一。During investigation and design, some works have to be commissioned to special companies, colleges and universities because the design institute can not independently execute those assignments because of no qualification, assistance required and lack of human resource, etc.Mostly, this design commission only helps the institute temporarily but insufficiently improves the core competition of the design institute.Therefore, issues on this commission for the improvement of the core competition are deeply analyzed in term of causes so that the design commission could be the one of the means for the improvement of the core competition of the design institute.
