摘　　要：完善的软件开发过程规范对软件产品质量的提高具有决定性作用。在分析军事训练软件组织现实情况和特点的基础上,选择原型模型和瀑布模型作为软件生存周期模型,按照GJB5000A2级要求,适当融入3级部分必需的过程元素,裁剪形成6个过程,并提出各过程主要实施方法和要点,为中小型军用软件过程管理提供了有益参考。The quality of software products relies more on a good software development process specification. On the basis of analysis of the realities and characteristics of military training software, this paper suggests prototype model and the waterfall model as the military training software life cycle model. It mainly suggests cutting military training software development process into 6 processes, and has proposed the main implementation methods and key points of each process ae cording to GJB5000A 1.2 requirements and necessary elements of GJB5000A L3.
