酷似急性心肌梗死的重症病毒性心肌炎诊治分析:附病例报道

摘　　要：重症病毒性心肌炎病情凶险,起病急,预后差。可有急性心肌损伤,出现类似急性心肌梗死的心电图表现,结合其心肌酶谱改变及心源性休克、急性左心衰竭、严重心律失常、阿-斯综合征等临床表现,极易误诊为急性心肌梗死。本文报道了1例酷似急性心肌梗死的重症病毒性心肌炎患者,并发多脏器衰竭,经多种诊疗措施全力抢救好转,出院后随访8个月基本痊愈,对其临床诊治资料进行分析,以使临床医师对该病的认识进一步加强。Severe viral myocarditis （SVM）, a very dangerous disease, starts rapidly and has poor prognosis. It is easy to be misdiagnosed as acute myocardial infarction （AMI） when acute myocardial damages occur with ECG imaging similar to that of AMI, changes of myocardial enzymes, acute left ventricular failure, severe arrhythmias, A - Adams syndrome and other clinical manifestations. This paper reported 1 case of SVM having symptoms like AMI and combined with multiple organ failure, who was well - healed after various treatment measures and had a 8 - month follow - up, analysised the diagnosis and treatment data, to deepen physicians＇ awareness of the disease.
