摘 要:能量回馈式系统是变频曳引电梯广泛使用的一种节能系统,如何通过正确判断变频器状态来判断电梯处于电动状态还是发电状态,对能量回馈式节能系统的自动运行工作十分重要。因此设计一种能判断变频器实时工作状态的节能系统,利用在曳引设备变频器输出端任一回路中接入电流传感器,检测其是否有电流以判定变频器的运行状态。测试结果表明:该系统每月的用电量比原系统减少了38%以上,实现了变频曳引设备系统准确判断变频器运行状态并自动完成势能回收及反馈供电的节能控制。Stored energy feedback system is an energy-saving system ,which is used broadly in frequency traction elevator, and it's very important for the stored energy-saving system feedback to know the elevator driving in electric state or power generation state Therefore, this paper designs a kind of frequency traction equipment energy-saving system that can judge the state of frequency inverter ,through accessing a current sensor in any loop of the frequency inverter traction equipment output to detect the current to determine the state of converter. The test results show that, the system of monthly electricity consumption compared with the original system is reduced by more than 38%, realizing that the frequency traction equipment system accurately judge the state of inverter and automatically complete the energy recovery and feedback energy- saving control.
