摘　　要：《刑统赋疏》是元人沈仲纬出于"敬民命于议刑之际"的强烈责任感而写作的一部专门解释宋人傅霖"刑统赋"的著作。它以"刑统赋"为纲,综合运用疏、直解、通例等三种不同形式,阐释了"刑统赋"以及唐宋刑律的精义。作为一部历史上的律学著作,从法律的角度看,《刑统赋疏》至少有三项价值:申述了一些至今仍然值得关注的法律观点,深化了我们对唐宋元三朝刑法制度的认识,有助于我们对唐宋元三朝法典的校勘和复原。The Xing Tong Fu Shui is a legal monograph written by Shen Zhong-wei in the Yuan Dynasty to in- terpret the Xing Tong Fu, so that people could comprehend and apply the criminal law accurately. It was based on the Xing Tong Fu, and explained the Xing Tong Fu or the elements of Tang and Song＇ s criminal law through three different methods ： shu, zhijie and tongli. From legal point of view, the Xing Tong Fu Shu, as a historical legal mon- ograph, owns at least three values： It discussed some important legal viewpoints that is worthy to care today, deepens our comprehension to the criminal law system in the Tang, Song and Yuan Dynasty and provides some help to collate and recover the Codes of Tang, Song and Yuan Dynasty.
