河北沿海地区特色农业发展模式及优化措施研究

摘　　要：在实地调查的基础上,确认河北沿海地区特色农业发展主要有资源禀赋诱导型、产业链条延伸型、龙头企业带动型、农业文化传承型、市场需求催生型和政府行政推动型等6种模式,存在区位优势尚待发挥、资源约束逐步显现、产业链条延伸受限、竞争能力尚需提升、环境支持依然乏力等主要问题。促进河北沿海地区特色农业发展,需科学制定发展规划,加快推进园区建设,构建多元投资体系,改革现行经营体制,完善市场营销体系,改善外部发展环境。There are six characteristic agricultural development patterns in Hebei Coastal Region based on field surveys：resource endowment induction;industry chain extension;leading enterprise promotion;agriculture cultural heritage;market environment catalysis and government administration boost. The major problems which confine the characteristic agriculture development are as follows：location advantages did not function well;resource constraints gradually appeared;stretch of industry chain was restricted;competition ability was not strong;environment support was weak. To promote the development of characteristic agriculture in Hebei coastal region, a scientific development planning should be made. The establishment of industry parks should be sped up. A diversified investment system should be built. The existing management mechanisms should be reformed. The marketing systems should be perfected and the external development environments should be improved.
