摘 要:目的 分析ICU发生呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)的危险因素,以期为VAP的预防提供参考.方法 回顾性分析2008年1月-2011年6月我院ICU行人工机械通气患者300例的相关临床资料,采用多因素Logistic回归分析分析患者发生VAP的危险因素.结果 80例患者发生VAP,发生率为26.67%.Logistic回归分析结果显示,误吸、机械通气时间>3d、抗生素联用是发生VAP的危险因素(P值分别为0.032、0.033、0.015).结论 ICU发生VAP的危险因素为误吸、机械通气时间>3d及抗生素联用.Objective To analyze the risk factors of ventilator associated pneumonia (VAP) in ICU, and provide reference for the prevention of VAP. Methods 300 patients needing mechanical ventilation admitted to our hospital in ICU from January 2008 to June 2011 were retrospective analyzed. The risk factors of VAP were analyzed by multivariate Logistic regression. Results The incidence of VAP was 26. 67% (80/300) . Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that aspiration, mechanical ventilation 〉 3 d, combined with antibacterial drugs were risk factors of VAP ( P = 0. 032, 0. 033, 0. 015 ). Conclusion The risk factors of VAP in ICU are aspiration, mechanical ventilation 〉 3 d, combined with antibacterial drugs.
