摘  要:采用销—盘式摩擦磨损试验机研究了液相烧结制备Mo5Si3颗粒弥散强化铜合金在滑动干摩擦条件下的摩擦磨损行为。结果表明:Cu/Mo5Si3p复合材料具有优良的摩擦磨损性能。随着Mo5Si3含量的增加Cu/Mo5Si3p复合材料的硬度增加,摩擦系数和磨损失重量降低。Mo5Si3含量低时,Cu/Mo5Si3p复合材料的磨损机制为犁沟变形和粘着磨损为主,而Mo5Si3含量高时则为犁沟变形磨损为主。The friction and wear behaviors of Mos Si3 particles dispersion reinforced copper matrix composite material prepared by liquid sintering were investigated by pin - on - disk tester under the condition of dry sliding against 45# steel. The results show that the Cu/Mo5 Si3p composite material has excellent friction and wear properties. The hardness of Cu/Mo5 Si3p composite material would be in- creased, and the friction coefficient and wear weight - loss would be decreased, with the increase of Mo5 Si3 content. The wear mecha- nism of Cu/Mo5Si3p composite material is dominated by groove deformation and adhesive wear when MosSi3 content is lower, but is dominated by groove deformation when Mos Si3 content is higher.
