摘　　要：闪速炉余热锅炉是闪速熔炼工艺中的关键设备之一,由于闪速炉烟气具有烟气温度高、含尘量大的特点,因此闪速炉余热锅炉的运行始终面临着三个问题:烟尘的粘结、受热面的磨损和低温腐蚀。金隆公司在产能不断增加的过程中,遇到闪速炉锅炉结块严重,不得不定期停炉放炮清理的难题,严重影响了生产的正常进行,在尚未进行锅炉彻底改造的期间,金隆公司联合安徽和美公司进行了锅炉加药实验研究,在逐步改进产品配方和加入方式的研究中,使放炮清理周期由50d以内,增加到200d以上,基本保证了生产的正常运行,而且清理的难度大幅度降低,减轻了工人的劳动强度。The waste heat boiler of flash furnace is one of the key equipments in the flash smehing process. Because of the off gas of the flash furnace has the characteristics of high temperature and large dust, waste heat boiler is always faced with three problems ： adhesive of the dust ; abrasion and low - temperature corrosion of the heating surface. With the feeding rate increasing, JINLONG en- countered seriously problems of boiler blocked by dust agglomerate and had to shut down to blasting the blocks. Before the boiler had not completed reconstruction, we companied with Anhui HeMei Company to make an experiment on study of Boiler dedusting agent. During the study of gradually improving the product formula and feeding methods, the blasting cleaning cycle to be increased from with- in 50 days to more than 200 days, it is not only ensure the steady running , and also greatly reduce the difficulty of cleaning and the la- bor intensity of workers.
