摘 要:随着我国输电网的快速扩张,人工巡线为主的方式已难以满足电网日益发展的要求,直升机巡线已成为国内输电线路巡检的主要发展趋势,但目前国内外输电线路直升机巡检普遍存在由于主要依靠人工捕捉与跟踪对象、人工采集和处理信息、人工进行缺陷识别与诊断而造成的直升机巡检效率低、巡检人员劳动强度大、易漏检等问题.本文从专业精益化管理需求出发,提出了一套具有巡检目标自动跟踪及数据自动采集、设备缺陷自动智能诊断、交跨物距离自动测量等功能的输电线路直升机智能巡检系统,具有显著的推广应用价值.With the rapid expansion of China's transmission grids, artificial patrol based line has been difficult to meet the growing requirements of the grid; the helicopter patrol line has become the major trends of the transmission line inspection; but at present, the domcstic and foreign transmission lines helicopter patrols commonly exist that mainly relying on manual capture and tracking objects, artificial acquisition and processing of information, artificial defect identification and diagnosis helicopter inspection efficiency and low labor intensity of inspection personnel, missed. Demand from professional lean management, this paper presents a set of the inspection automatic target tracking and automatic data acquisition, the equipment defects automatic intelligent diagnosis, cross inter-object distance measurement features such as transmission lines helicopter Intelligent inspection system; it has significant application value.
