摘  要:在分析当前医生主观幸福感现状的基础上,深入剖析了医生主观幸福感的影响因素。研究表明,当前医生主观幸福观处于中等偏下水平。其影响因素包括客观因素(职业压力、医院管理制度、医患关系、工作家庭关系等)和主观因素(人格特征、压力应对方式、成就动机程度等)。据此,分别从医院管理层面和医生个人层面,就如何提升医生主观幸福感进而创造更好的医疗体验,提出了对策建议。Based on the research of the current doctors' subjective well-being, the paper analyzes the influencing factors of doctors' subjective well-being. Results show that the general score of doctors' subjective well-being is below the average. The influencing factors include objective factors ( such as occupational stress, hospital management system, doctor-patient relationship, and work-family relations) and the subjective factors ( such as personality, stress coping styles and the degree of achievement motivation). On this basis, suggestions are put forward as to the measures to enhance doctors' subjective well-being and to create better medical experience, respectively from the aspect of hospital management and the individual doctors.
