台州部分出口海产品的异尖线虫感染调查

摘　　要：对来自台州的部分出口海产品(青占鱼、乌鱼、白姑鱼、铜盆鱼、带鱼、白鳗、安康鱼、银鲳鱼、黄砖鱼、国公鱼、鳐鱼、乌贼、琵琶虾)进行了异尖线虫的检验,其中11种有异尖线虫感染,共检出异尖线虫9 276条,总感染率为80.08%。统计数据显示,异尖线虫主要检出部位分布于海鱼的体腔、胃、肠道、肝胰脏及生殖腺中,而肌肉中则较少甚至没有寄生。In order to investigate the infectious status of anisakis in export seafood from Taizhou, 13 species （Scomber japonicus, Mugil cephalus, Argyrosomus argentatus, Pagrosomus major, Trichiurus haumela, Anguilla japonica, Pampus argenteus, Lophius litulon, Trachurus japonicus, Chelidonichthys spinosus, Dasyatis bleekeri, Sepiella maindroni and Ibacus novemdentatus ） were dissected and 11 species were found to be infected with 9 276 anisakis with an infection rate of 80.08%. The result showed that the anisakis mostly parasitized in the coelom, stomach, intestinal tract, hepato-pancreas and gonad, little or no in muscle.
