摘　　要：为了顺应广大用户的要求,设计了集实时计时、计费、计账于一体的网吧管理系统———普通用户计费子系统,实现了利用一台管理机可远程控制整个网络内的所有计算机.同时可对任意机器进行开通、停止、限时、关机、热启动等操作.In order to meet users＇ requirements, an internet bar management system—— common user charging subsystem which contains time controlling, charging, accounting was designed in order to use one managing computer to control all computers within the networks. Meanwhile, the operation including opening, pausing, time-limiting, powering-off and resetting on any machine can be achieved.
