摘 要:通过理论公式计算和有限元分析,分别计算了几组圆柱面过盈连接包容体内孔和外环的过盈量,与加工和装配后实际测得的过盈量进行对比,分析变量间关系。结果表明,理论公式计算结果比实际装配后的实测结果小约0.05 mm,而有限元分析结果与实际装配后的实测结果基本一致。因此,在减速器装配中,将有限元模拟热装后外环的变形量作为重要参考,确定圆环的内孔和外径的尺寸公差带,既可减少维修更换时间,又能降低维修成本、提高减速器的工作效率。Compared several groups of interference magnitude values of the cylindrical bore and outer ring which calculated by theoretical formula and finite element analysis with the records obtained by the actual measurement during the machining and assembling,then made a research on the relations between all these variables. The results show that the results of theoretical formula calculation are about 0. 05mm less than the actual value measured after assembling,while the results of finite element analysis are same with the actual value. So,in the process of reducer assembling,the tolerance zone of the cylindrical bore and outer ring is determine by taking the deformation of the annulus as reference which is obtained after finite element simulation. To do this,it can not only save maintenance time,but also reduce the cost and improve the effective of reducer.
