摘　　要：车联网是物联网在智能交通系统领域的延伸,将会在智能交通中发挥极其重要的作用,是人们未来生活中不可缺少的一个重要组成部分。本文首先介绍了车联网的概念、分层,提出一个基于车联网的公共服务平台的设计,并介绍了平台的体系架构,希望能为大众提供优质的交通服务。The internet of vehicles is that the internet of things extends to the intelligent transportation system,will play a vital role in intelligent transportation system,and it is an important part that people cannot live witiiout.This article first introduces the concept and layers of the internet of vehicles,and then a public service platform based on the Internet of Things has been proposed.Then introduce the architecture of this platform,hoping to provide quality transport services for the public.
