摘　　要：目的了解四川省大型医院离退休副高及以上职称卫生技术人员的生命质量状况,为"老有所为"工作的深入开展提供参考,为制定相关政策提供依据。方法采用分层等比例整群抽样的方法,抽取全省15家三甲医院979名离退休卫生技术人员。采用SF-36量表进行调查,并辅以定性访谈。采用描述性统计方法、直线回归分析方法评价生命质量及其影响因素。结果调查离退休卫生技术人员的生理内容、心理内容和综合评分分别为(71.7±18.5)、(79.2±16.4)和(75.5±16.1)分。年龄、职称、文体活动情况及婚姻状况均影响离退休卫生技术人员的生理、心理和生命质量综合评分。结论调查离退休卫生技术人员的生命质量总体状况良好,与我国一般人群比,虽然生理评分及总分不及一般人群,但平均得分均大于70分,而心理评分高于一般人群。开发离退休专家进行"老有所为"工作具有生命质量基础。Objective To investigate the life quality of retired experts in large hospitals in Sichuan province that may provide references for further development of senile worthiness and formation of related regulations .Methods Equally proportional stratified cluster sampling method was adopted .A total of 979 retired experts from 15 Sichuan large hospitals were selected .The scale of SF-36 to-gether with qualitative interviews was applied .Descriptive statistical methods and linear and logistic regression analysis were used to e-valuate the quality of life and its influence factors .Results The scores of physiological ,psychological ,and overall domains are 71.7 ± 18.5,（79.2 ±16.4）and（75.5 ±16.1）respectively.Age,title,activities and marriage situation were factors influencing the compre-hensive scores of physiology ,psychology and life quality of the subjects .Conclusion Overall situation of life quality of retired experts is fine.Their average score is still beyond 70 and the score of psychological domain is much better although their physiological score were lower than ordinary people .Accordingly ,our results provide a life quality base for development of worthiness of retired health ex-perts.
