摘 要:目的探讨规范重点病人诊疗制度在减少医疗纠纷中的作用。方法回顾性分析我院2010年1月至2011年12月(规范重点病人诊疗制度前)与2012年1~12月(规范重点病人诊疗制度后),重点病人医疗纠纷的发生数量、纠纷的年均发生率、纠纷补偿总额、纠纷补偿占业务收入的比例及病人满意度。结果规范重点病人诊疗制度后,纠纷数量下降,纠纷补偿总额及占业务收入比例下降,病人满意度明显提高。结论规范重点病人诊疗制度可以减少医疗纠纷,提高医疗安全。Objective To understand the role of standardized diagnosis and treatment system for intensive care patient in re- duction of medical disputes. Methods The number of medical disputes, the annual incidence of disputes, the total compensation a- mount of disputes, the ratio of disputes compensation in business income and the satisfactions of inpatients were retrospectively com- pared between the system was not applied in January,2010 to December,2011 and the system was carried out in January,2012 to De- cember,2012. Results We found that there was a decrease in the nu^er of disputes,the total compensation amount of disputes and the ratio of disputes compensation in business income after application of the system. The satisfactions of inpatients were significantly in- creased. Conclusion The system plays a prominent role in reducing medical disputes and guaranteeing medical safety.
