摘　　要：运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法等阐述"破窗理论",并从哲学视觉来审视它,分析高校体育图书资料管理存在的问题,探讨"破窗理论"在高校体育图书管理中的应用。Using the method of literature and logical analysis, this paper shows the ＂broken window theory＂, and from a philosophical vision to look at it, and analyzes the physical library materials management problems, and explores the ＂broken window theory＂ applied to the university sports books management.
