摘 要:目的:通过18周不同强度的太极拳练习,分析不同强度的同一种运动对中老年人血流变指标的影响。方法:66名老人随机分为传统太极组、改良太极组、对照组,进行18周的有氧运动,分别测定实验前、实验第9周、实验第18周的部分血流变指标。对三组数据进行组间和组内对比分析,探讨不同强度的太极拳练习对中老年人血流变指标的影响。结论:不同强度的太极拳练习均能改善中老年人全血低切粘度、全血高切粘度、血浆粘度和红细胞压积等指标的水平。经过改良的运动强度高一些的太极拳练习可以更好地改善中老年人的血流变水平。建议向中老年太极拳爱好者推广改良后的太极拳练习。同时建议中老年人定期进行血液流变学检测,进行适度的中低强度的有氧锻炼。Objective: to analyze the effect of the same exercise with different strengths upon the middle-aged's blood rheological indi- cators after the 18-week's experiment. Procedure: after randomly falling into traditional Taiji group, improved Taiji group and contrastive group, the 66 seniors are required to do aerobics for the determination of blood rheological indicators before experiment, in the 9th week and in the 18th week. The purpose of making an inner group and cross-group analysis of the three sets of data is to explore the effect of different Taiji exercises upon the middle-aged's blood rheological indicators. Findings: Taiji exercises with different strengths can im- prove middle-aged's indicator levels of blood low shear viscosity, high shear whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity and hematocrit. And the improved Taiji exercise with higher strength can improve the middle-aged's blood rheological indicator better. Therefore, the improved Taiji exercise should be popularized among the middle-aged who should make blood rheological determination regularly for the suitable aerobics of low-middle strength.
