摘　　要：以亚热带农业生物资源保护与利用国家重点实验室的显微成像平台为研究对象,在平台开放与共享的背景下,探讨国家重点实验室显微成像平台的规划建设、管理制度的健全完善以及研究型技术队伍的培养等问题。This study focused on the microscopic imaging platform of state key laboratory of conservation and utilization of subtropical agro-bioresources. Under the background of opening and sharing, this study discussed the development of the microscopic imaging platform, including the advanced management and the training of the technician team.
