摘　　要：中国共产党人才思想是在长期的革命与建设实践中形成的,这些思想在指导选拔任用人才方面发挥了重要作用,对于中国革命和建设取得成功提供了人才建设的理论和行动指南。在分析凝练毛泽东、邓小平、江泽民、胡锦涛和习近平人才思想观点的基础上,梳理传承与发展的脉络,对新形势下的人才建设将有所裨益。Personnel thought of the Communist Party of China was formed in the long-term practice of revolution and construction, which played an important role in guiding the selection and appointment of talents, provided per- sonnel development theory and action guide for the success of the Chinese revolution and construction. It will be beneficial to personnel development in the new area, by combing context the inheritance and development of per- sonnel thoughts of Chinese leaders.
