摘 要:基于钢轨打磨车恒压加载系统的原理,对打磨力波动的原因进行分析;针对恒压加载系统打磨力波动的问题,提出采用反馈控制实现减小打磨力波动的方案;对三通比例减压阀控缸系统进行数学建模和特性分析;完成基于AMEsim的系统建模和仿真。研究结果表明:波磨频率为3 Hz时,打磨力波动率已达到30%以上,系统打磨力波动过大,不利于钢轨打磨作业;采用反馈控制可以有效地降低打磨力的波动;对工程实际应用具有一定的参考价值。Based on the principle of grinding train with constant pressure loading system, the reasons of grinding force fluctuations were studied. In view of the problem of grinding force fluctuations in constant pressure loading system, a feedback control method was proposed to reduce the fluctuation of grinding force. Through establishing the mathematical model of the three - way pilot proportional pressure reducing valve and analyzing its characteristics, the system modeling and simulation based on AMEsim were accomplished. The simulation results show that when the corrugation frequency is 3Hz, the fluctuation rate of grinding force accounts for more than 30% , and in this case with excessive volatility of grinding force, it is not beneficial to rail grinding operations. Using feedback control can effectively reduce the grinding force fluctuations, thus this method has certain reference value on the application of actual engineering.
