摘  要:随着高校人事分配制度改革的深化和高校教师聘任制改革的推进,二级学院在聘任制管理中的地位和作用日益凸显。笔者结合所在学校聘任制管理实施过程,在对高校二级学院聘任制管理的必要性、前提条件综合性分析基础上,提出了高校二级学院聘任制管理中有关岗位设置、考核制度、监督机制等的实施原则及措施。With the deepening of reform of the personnel management system and the teacher appointment system in colleges and universities,the position and role of college-level management in the management of the teacher appointment system have become increasingly prominent. Based on the executing process of the appointment system in his own university,as well as an integrated analysis of the necessity and preconditions of the college-level management,the author proposed some principles and practical measures related to the implementation of position setting,performance appraisal,and the supervision mechanism in the management of the teacher appointment system.
