摘　　要：本文论述了新形势下人才培养目标对高校教学改革的新要求,以及高水平实验教学平台对教学改革顺利推进的支撑作用。基于高校实验平台建设的现状,阐述了以加大投入、整合资源以及服务于实验课程体系为导向的实验平台建设思路和遵循"崭新研习工厂"理念的实践教学基地建设思路,并为推进实验平台建设提供了制度保障。This article discussed the new requirements of personnel training objectives for university teaching reform under the new situation,and the supporting role of experimental platform in promoting the teaching reform. Based on the current situation of experimental platform construction in universities,this paper also elaborated on the concept of experimental platform construction oriented by increasing investment,integration of resources,and serving the experimental curriculum. The ideas about the construction of practice teaching base in the light of the concept of ＂New Learning Factory＂ , were also discussed so as to provide an institutional guarantee for the experimental platform construction.
