一种草木灰碱精制加工方法研究

摘　　要：介绍一种用于草木灰碱提纯精制的简便方法,该方法具有工艺简单、纯化效率高、易于工业化生产等特点。草木灰碱经过该方法处理后,食用碱国家强制性安全卫生指标:总砷、重金属及氰化物的含量分别从36.1 mg/kg、34.3 mg/kg和130 mg/kg降低至0.41 mg/kg、8.1 mg/kg和未检出,满足食用碱国标(GB 1886-2008)中各项目的强制性限量要求,取得比较满意的处理效果,该方法具有一定的实用推广价值。In this paper, a simple method for purifying and refining plant ash alkali is introduced. The method is characterized by the simple process, high purification efficiency, easiness for industrialized production and so on. Treated with this method, edible alkali can reach the national mandatory safety and health indicators： the content of total arsenic, heavy metal and cyanide drop from 36.1mg/kg, 34.3mg/kg and 130mg/kg to 0.41 mg/kg, 8. 1 mg/kg and not detected, meeting all the national mandatory limited standards of edible alkali （GB 1886-2008）. With satisfactory treatment effects, this method has its practical promotional value.
