摘 要:目的了解某院急性心肌梗死急救绿色通道运行现状,为进一步畅通绿色通道提供依据。方法查阅2012年1月—2013年2月急诊科收治的经绿色通道转入导管室或CCU的急性心肌梗死患者急诊病案,记录各抢救环节时间分布及急诊总停留时间。结果 194例急性心肌梗死患者中,133例转入导管室行冠脉造影及介入治疗,其中101例(75.9%)急性心肌梗死患者的救治符合急性心肌梗死绿色通道的时间要求,绿色通道停留时间为A级的有47例(35.3%),B级54例(40.6%)。结论我院急性心肌梗死绿色通道的运行状况良好,但患者院外时间延误过长,急救中心与急诊科以及急诊科与心内科间的配合不良,缺少进入医院到首次球囊扩张时间监控及反馈,急诊护士在绿色通道运行中需加强各单位的沟通和协调。Objective To know the development of emergency green channel for patients with acute myocardial infarction and to provide reference for its improvement. Methods The medical records involving time of every rescue step of 194 patients who were transferred to catheter laboratory and CCU from emergency department and their total length of staying in emergency department were consulted. Results Totally 133 were transferred to catheter laboratory and 101 (75.9%) of them met the time requirement of emergency green channel and the rescue time of 47 patients (35.3%) was, according to the standards of green channel, in A level and 54 (40.6%)in B level. Conclusion Emergency green channel develops well, but there is still a lot to be improved. Too much time delays outside the hospital and the cooperation is not good enough between emergency center and emergency department or between emergency department and department of cardiology, consequently, communication and cooperation among departments are in urgent need.
