摘　　要：通过对衡量机体能量代谢的指标,特别是对机体无氧代谢过程中评价的指标进行综述,使人们对机体的能量代谢有一个总体的认识,从而为体育锻炼和全民健身中运动强度与运动项目的选择提供理论依据,为科学健身提供健康指导。Based on the indicators to measure energy metabolism,especially during the anaerobic metabolism of the body evaluation indi-cators were reviewed,and thus the body＇s energy metabolism have a general understanding of physical activity and fitness in exercise in-tensity and exercise the selection of projects to provide a theoretical basis for the provision of health science and fitness guidance.
